My sister in law looks forward to their visits I have posted a review in the past but today there was a unique situation and they were able to take care of an urgency. I found them efficient, caring & they were able to accommodate my need of a 2 hour shift that others could not meet. Jinnie was excellent and anticipated my needs - we had a great routine! I loved her but she moved away. I had Kimberly next & she is also great - always on time & very caring. We have a very nice relationship. She even followed up with me when I was in hospital & rehab. Great experience

My husband has Alzhaimer’s. I called BrightStar for a companion for four hours twice a week. I have been dealing with Leslie in scheduling. Since the first day she has been so helpful in trying to find the right fit for my husband. When I call and she’s busy she returns my calls. Leslie has so much patience with me in helping to get the right person and on my schedule. The person she sent me was perfect. I thought that wouldn’t be possible.
