President & Owner- I have an extensive background serving in several Sr. Management positions Prior to opening a BrightStar, I was the President of North America and Global Head of Office Technology for a German Manufacturing company. As with many things in life, our personal experiences shape what is truly important to us and what motivates us to achieve significance over success. For me, that calling came with the passing of his mother.

My mother who was a Nurse and professor of nursing at Boston College, specializing in neurological brain decline and traumatic brain injury. In a darkly ironic twist, she ended up developing Alzheimer’s disease which led me to buy a BrightStar Care.

Our team is made up of like-minded individuals who want to join the cause, with everyone focused on the goal of truly making a difference in the lives we serve. We are now proudly serving the Greater Chester County area to provide your loved ones with the care they need, with the compassion they deserve.

I have been a nurse since 2018. Prior to becoming an RN, I worked as a therapeutic staff support in schools, homes, and camps. My nursing experience has largely been acute care, with focal areas of cardiac care and neurological disorders. As a nurse I've been a strong advocate for patient and caregiver education. I subscribe to the "see one, do one, teach one" philosophy of learning. I am humbled to be welcomed to your homes to assist in your wellness journey.

My greatest accomplishment has been my 4 children and 6 grandchildren. 

I started my nursing career 30 years ago doing Home Care and Long-Term Care. In between, I have been a nursing instructor, a hospital floor nurse and a case manager for United Health Care. I hope to end my career the same way I started working for Brightstar Care and the great people we care for.

My name is Mihai, originally from Romania.  I was 6 years old when I was adopted and brought to America.  

I have a background as an Executive Chef for Aramark with all the Jefferson Hospitals.  When my career started at Jefferson Hospital, I was more patient facing and loving that nursing aspect.  I then furthered my knowledge in the medical background.  I was granted the opportunity to start working alongside Bob.  He's opened the door to so many different avenues and training to further my career goals.

My Name is Kari. I've been with Brightstar Care for a little over a year now as the Human Resource Manager. 

A little about me. I am a wife and mom of 3 beautiful teenagers who keep me on my toes. My background is in Homecare, Customer Service and Management. Working for Brightstar Care has been a good experience for me. Learning and developing new skills and being able to use the skills I already have.

I am a former banking financial analyst who worked in compliance with a background in staffing/HR as well as in sales. I am from Miami, born there and I grew up never really seeing real snow until I moved to PA. I’m self-motivated and love to be better every day and ambitious about helping my team prosper and win.

Used to be a Volunteer Fire Fighter for 12 years, in Germany.

“The Top Dog” - Hi my name is Riley Marie Barvitskie. I am 6 years old and a German Shepphard Lab Mix. My daddy had me come to work one day and I got to meet his boss, Bob. Since that day Bob has allowed me to come to the office to make me part of the team. He has spoiled me with treats, food, love, and toys (a lot of them). My job responsibilities at the office are to make sure the office staff take time to play with me and to bring happiness to their day each day. My career goal is to eventually be a therapeutic dog and get the right training to become that and go to people's home and ease their days a little more each day.
