We offer part-time, full-time, and per diem positions for in-home caregivers and in-home nurses in Hunterdon. We can work with you to find the right schedule and caseload for your work-life balance goals. You can apply for positions through our online careers form.
No, you do not need a formal license to work as a non-medical caregiver with BrightStar Care of Hunterdon. If you’re a certified home health aide (CHHA), you must hold certification from the New Jersey Board of Nursing; and if you’re a certified nursing assistant (CNA), you must complete CNA certification and training.
BrightStar Care of Hunterdon strives to hire caregivers and nurses who are passionate about maintaining positive client relationships and who can deliver the quality care our clients need. We require all employees to be properly trained, certified, and/or licensed in line with New Jersey state law. Additionally, we require our care team to pass drug screens, background checks, tuberculosis (TB) tests, and CPR certification programs.
