I have been with BrightStar going on 7 yrs. It has been a great place to work. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant. I have enjoyed the client I take care of and his family. I plan to stay there a while longer.

I was drawn to work for Brightstar almost 10 years ago now. I have always enjoyed working for them. Friendly staff and flexible hours have always kept me working for them. I decided to allow Brightstar to care for my severely disabled daughter at my home. We actually have had the same nurse since 2004. Now that's dedication! Brightstar a great team to work for!

Amber Myers from the Lafayette office is so helpful when staff have problems with schedules or just a ear to listen when our days are rough.

Very caring

I love my job working for Brightstar care! They are family oriented, they go above and beyond for not only their clients but for us aides as well. There has been times I had family emergencies, they did not hesitate to find someone to cover the remainder of my shift. They have texted and called to check on me and my family. No other company that I’ve worked for has done that, the other companies were more worried if my hours were gong to be covered. The office staff and on call staff have always been friendly and helpful in answering my questions or concerns. The office staff work just as hard as we do with answering the phones and making calls and the other stuff that goes on behind the scenes of the company that no one talks about.

Brightstar is a good company to work for they care about their clients but also their employees. It’s a good company to work for with growth potential.
