HCBS 2023 Funding Required Statement à 

“Zeedub LLC plans to increase wages by $2+ per hour over 2022 rates for all new employees.  Most existing employees will also get a pay raise of $1 - $3 per hour.  We will be offering additional bonus incentives for picking up shifts, completing training, and other similar employment activities.  Zeedub LLC also anticipates increased Overtime in 2023 which will be funded through this initiative.  If additional funding is available after these business changes, we are exploring developing a training program to train CHHA's and CNA's in Fort Wayne and Lafayette.  This program will allow an entry points for new staffing resources.”
