Following knee-replacement surgery I had James Zertuche as my physical therapist and Hardik Rohadiya as nurse. Both caregivers are truly awesome! True caregivers. James genuinely cares about your full recovery. I will request James when I have my other knee done later this year. I had Hardik Rohadiya as my nurse and he took very good care of me, going the extra mile literally with equipment and supplies. I didn’t expect such high quality care after surgery, this genuinely surprised me. They are certainly among the best there is.

Overall my experience with brightstar has been one of the best. There are times when the office gets confused or doesn’t understand what is going on with my care. Tatianna and Stephanie have both called when my nurse was at my house to verify information that has already been given multiple times. With that being said… my nurse that has been with me since the beginning of my need for home health is AMAZING! Erica always goes out of her way for her patients including calling pharmacies and doctors to inform them of changes I have had. She ensures that everything done (lab work and dressing changes of PICC line) is in a sterile manner. I am BIG on making sure that infection control of my line is performed correctly! Overall she is an amazing person and makes you feel like family when you are in her care! I’m hoping, eventually, I won’t need these services but if I do, I will only use Brightstar

Erica Sutton is my nurse and she is fabulous! I love her. She’s kind caring and very efficient! She’s the best nurse I’ve had in years! Really value her and appreciate it her and the great job she does with me! Thank you so much ❤️👊🙏

James Zertuche he is a very understanding, helpful, kind therapist. He is very easy to talk to and is always asking if I have a question. Most of all he forms a relationship with his clients as if they are family. I have always said he is the best therapist you could have.
