I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Bright Star Care servicing the Natick area. My husband, Peter, recently began needing some extra help and support, and as a family, finding someone we could trust to care for him was incredibly important to us. We were fortunate enough to be connected with Hyndra, and in just the few short weeks that she has been Peter’s caregiver, she has already become so much more than that. She has truly become a part of our extended family. Hyndra is compassionate, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. She treats Peter with such kindness, dignity, and respect, while also bringing a sense of comfort and warmth into our home. You can tell that caring for others isn’t simply a job to her—she puts her heart into what she does. Having someone come into your home to care for a person you love requires an incredible amount of trust, and Hyndra has given our family such peace of mind. We are so grateful to BrightStar for bringing her into our lives and even more grateful for the care, companionship, and kindness she continues to show Peter. Sometimes the right person comes into your life exactly when you need them, and we truly feel that way about Hyndra. She has been a blessing to Peter and to our entire family. ❤️

My aide J was wonderful. Very caring and thoughtful. She took care of all of my daily needs including grocery shopping and cooking. Tasks I was unable to do after my recent surgery.

Ed and I are so pleased with our help from your agency. Ed is at home in Hospice Care. We were gifted with Ellen for two days a week from12:30-3:30. This delightful woman from Charlestown drives over and sits with Ed. They watch TV and talk. She helps him maneuver his rollator to the back porch. If he's tired, she gently gets him over the threshold to the day bed. She is nearby watching if he needs help. She has gentle ways. I am out while she is here...helps me carry the groceries in...and tells me how the day went. She shares her trip photos on her phone and talks about how wonderful it was. She bought two magnificent birthday cards for me. One from Ed (he can't get out) and one from her. She also gifted me with a lovely birthday cake..finding out first from Ed that I don't like chocolate. The cake was white! She pays attention! She is a star. She hugs when she leaves. She is a gift...who wants to give back to us who need it.

Wonderful team led by a dedicated owner, their attention to personalized service was above our expectations. Easy to work with and would recommend to anyone needing care.

I have been meaning to write this review for months. My husband was diagnosed with Alzeheimer's disease a few years ago. Having worked as a CNA in nursing homes and private homes, I was aware of the difficulty families face in finding a caring and trustworthy person to care for their loved one. I heard about Bright Star Care in Needham and highly recommend them for placing Benjamin with us. During his time with us, Benjamin consistently demonstrated the qualities every family hopes for: Compassion and Kindness: Alzheimer’s can be incredibly challenging, but Benjamin approached every day with a gentle spirit and genuine warmth. They treated my husband with dignity and patience, even during difficult moments. Reliability: Benjamin was exceptionally prompt and dependable. I never had to worry about whether he would show up, which provided me with much-needed peace of mind. Flexibility: As the needs of an Alzheimer’s patient can change by the hour, Benjamin was incredibly adaptable. He handled shifts in my husband’s mood and my schedule with ease and grace. I recently had a shoulder reversal and hired BrightStar home care Needham and Brookline for assistance when I returned home after surgery. I thought the staff in the company to be warm, patient and informative in getting me help quickly. The woman that came to me ,Myrlande, was exceptional. She was friendly and willing to help me in any possible way I needed but at the same time gave me privacy when needed. She was so personable and easy to chat with and felt extremely comfortable to be with her during my difficult time I would recommend this home care and if necessary would use them again . Dorys goes above and beyond what she needs to do comes into the house with a smile every morning I can’t say enough about her. She’s just has a wonderful disposition and a great personality.
