BrightStar Care of Needham / Brookline strives to hire highly qualified caregivers and nurses in the Greater Boston and West Metro area. Every member of our local care team must be properly trained, certified, and/or licensed, according to Massachusetts state law.  

In addition, all employees must complete background checks, drug screens, CPR certification, and tuberculosis (TB) tests to work with our Needham / Brookline home care agency.

Non-medical caregivers do not need a state-issued license to work with BrightStar Care of Needham / Brookline. However, home health aides (HHAs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) must meet certification and training standards, per the state of Massachusetts. 

Additionally, our Needham / Brookline home care agency requires background checks, drug screens, CPR certification, and tuberculosis (TB) tests for all caregivers.
