Through my research, I discovered the comprehensive services they provide, from around-the-clock care to support from certified nursing assistants, licensed vocational nurses, and registered nurses. During my visit, I met their CCM team who managed calls and case staffing, had lunch with their Special Project Manager, viewed the Nursing department preparing for a caregiver training, and even saw their amazing marketing department and hopefully my own desk in a few years. #goals I was able to peak in on their Head of Recruiting who was actively hiring 3 caregivers for new cases. The need for private care is so evident throughout OC. as more and more of our younger generation is moving out of California. I was impressed to learn about the companies overall commitment to compliance, the provision of protective equipment, and the list of their employee benefits program highlight their focus on employee well-being—a testament to their positive work culture. I spent time reading through their 670+ five star reviews and saw testimony after testimony of their professionalism and integrity and care for their clients. To be honest, this weeks visit left a lasting impression on me. If I were to seek care for myself or a loved one, BrightStar Care would undoubtedly be my first choice. Their dedication to both their employees and clients exemplifies the highest standards of care, and I am genuinely excited about the possibility of being part of such an impactful team upon my graduation 👩🏻‍🎓 .
