Takeita Johnson is the best caregiver Kim has had. Kim has had 2 strokes, has aphasia, apraxia & can’t read. Kim’s care is to engage Kim into exercises, walking, talking and trying to recognize written words. Takeita does the exercises with Kim, not just watching her do them, walks around the block, does flash card, will say sentences and encourages Kim to repeat them. They do Kim’s favorite games of SkyJo and memory games with cards. Kim and her share stories. She gives Kim amazing care. Thank you Takeita for the great care you give. Jan Horwell.
