Deborah brings to BrightStar Care of Lake County a wealth of experience in medical administration. Deborah has her Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor’s in Human Services and a Master of Business. Deborah has worked as a CNA, pharmacy tech, and an office administration. Her education, work experience and combined compassion to help others live a better life make her the ideal person to foster relationships between our clients and caregivers. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.

Marilyn brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and dedication to her role as Field Supervisor at BrightStar Care. Her journey began in the Philippines, where she worked as a sales manager before spending two years as a domestic helper in Singapore and another two years as a sales representative in Hong Kong. In 2000, Marilyn moved to the United States, where she contributed to her community by providing alterations and supplying uniforms for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts in Lake County. Her passion for caregiving led her to begin working as a home health aide in 2003. Always eager to expand her skills, Marilyn earned her HHA certification in 2014 and has since worked with many care facilities, gaining valuable experience along the way. Marilyn joined BrightStar Care in August 2016 as a caregiver, where her dedication and leadership quickly became apparent. In July 2022, she was promoted to Field Supervisor. Marilyn is devoted to supporting both her clients and fellow caregivers, ensuring everyone receives the highest quality of care and support. Outside of work, Marilyn enjoys traveling and hiking mountains, always seeking new adventures and experiences. Her commitment, positivity, and love for her work make her an invaluable member of the BrightStar Care team.
