My husband is recovering from a sickness, and today we have a wonderful surprise! We have Latoya helping us today, and take care of his meals, blood pressure, breakfast, snack, & great lunch!
Also help us packing, since we’re moving next month, to be close to our son.
It was a blessing having her today!
She is very attentive, professional, funny and her help today was a relief, since I don’t have help with my husband, and today, she took care of both of us.
I want to thank Brightstar for sending professionals with skills and education.

I got sick since October, in and out of the hospital, all kind of tests, MRI, sonograms, Endoscopy, and don’t show anything, but I couldn’t eat, drink or keep anything in my stomach.
My Neurologist discovered what was the cause of my illness, and it was a medicine that I was taking for Alzaimer’s. Lost more than 55 pounds, very wicked, can’t stand by myself, and Brightstar change my life, and send professionals, to help me to get stronger, cooking delicious meals, and a lot of care and help me a lot.
I’m very grateful with the VA because they’re the ones to start my health care with Brightstar.
Love the workers, their professionalism, and they’re prepared to help in any way they can

My wife had a right hip replacement. During her recovery she knew she would need help for recovery and daily living activities. She spoke to Dan at Brightstar, was impressed and hired his service.
When she arrived home from the hospital, Dan sent out the most wonderful caregivers. They were all truly lovely people. We felt like they were family. We had wonderful conversations and interactions. We are so glad to have met them all. They became an integral part of our family for the week after surgery. They were here day and night. We have no adequate words to express our gratitude to the following: Bajane P, Amy S, Pricilla L, Claudia M, Kimberly G, Monica H. and Estefania.
I hope I remembered all of their names because not one of them was anything less than extraordinary. My wife who could have been thinking about the pain of surgery was so distracted by the delightful conversations and laughing that she hardly needed any pain medication. It almost seemed like she was at a teen slumber party.

Brightstar’s team was always there for Jack and I when we needed them. As time progressed and Jack’s condition progressed I could count on them for the care we needed. Everyone was kind and supportive to both of us. Taking care of an ill person is not easy but they were always there with a smile and never complained about what they were expected to do or expected to clean up.
I could never have been able to take care of Jack, like I wanted him taken care of, without Brightstar’s help.

We've had an incredible experience with BrightStar! Their caretaker Kimberly has been working with my sister, who is blind, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Kimberly is not only professional and reliable, but genuinely caring and compassionate. My sister actually looks forward to Kimberly's visits, which speaks volumes about the quality of care she provides. It's such a relief to know my sister is in such good hands. We are getting the help we need, for My Husband,suffering from dementia, from Bright Star, through The VA.We really didn’t really know what to expect; but we are so pleased! They are very accommodating and make changes as needed for my schedule. 99% of the time Lizette is here 4 hours a day 4 days a week. We love her! She’s very attentive to Peter (the patient) and so,so helpful with any and every thing else that might be going on. Peter has grown quite fond of her! He asks for her on days she’s not here.

We have had the best experience with Bright Star! From the first phone call I felt very comfortable with them.Most importantly they paired us with a fantastic caregiver. Victor clicked instantly with my husband who was less than thrilled to have someone. Victor comes in and makes sure my husbands needs are met, always asks him how he is doing/ feeling. Victor watched the PT do the exercises and made sure that on the days he is here that my husband gets them in. We have dogs and Victor has become their favorite visitor. The last thing he does is ask my husband if there is anything he needs and checks on with me to make sure I am good. Victor always reassures me that my husband is n good hands and eases my mind. I am so happy and feel such relief with Victor here.
Priscilla provided the most wonderful Caregiver service when I needed someone to help me with my surgery day. She was punctual and professional and such a pleasure to be around. I will request her again in the future.
In addition, the staff at Brightstar Care were always patient and kind and went the extra mile to accommodate my situation.
