Sophia is a great help to me each week. She is sweet, smart and responsible. Her visits help keep me focused, and on task. She was an immense help through the holidays. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her!! Five star treatment.

We are getting the help we need, for My Husband,suffering from dementia, from Bright Star, through The VA.We really didn’t really know what to expect; but we are so pleased! They are very accommodating and make changes as needed for my schedule. 99% of the time Lizette is here 4 hours a day 4 days a week. We love her! She’s very attentive to Peter (the patient) and so,so helpful with any and every thing else that might be going on. Peter has grown quite fond of her! He asks for her on days she’s not here. I can’t say enough about this company and Liz! Thank you Lord!

We've had an incredible experience with BrightStar! Their caretaker Kimberly has been working with my sister, who is blind, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Kimberly is not only professional and reliable, but genuinely caring and compassionate. My sister actually looks forward to Kimberly's visits, which speaks volumes about the quality of care she provides. It's such a relief to know my sister is in such good hands. Highly recommend BrightStar for anyone needing caretaking services – they clearly hire exceptional people who truly care about their clients.

We have had the best experience with Bright Star! From the first phone call I felt very comfortable with them.Most importantly they paired us with a fantastic caregiver. Victor clicked instantly with my husband who was less than thrilled to have someone. Victor comes in and makes sure my husbands needs are met, always asks him how he is doing/ feeling. Victor watched the PT do the exercises and made sure that on the days he is here that my husband gets them in. We have dogs and Victor has become their favorite visitor. The last thing he does is ask my husband if there is anything he needs and checks on with me to make sure I am good. Victor always reassures me that my husband is n good hands and eases my mind. I am so happy and feel such relief with Victor here.

Priscilla provided the most wonderful Caregiver service when I needed someone to help me with my surgery day. She was punctual and professional and such a pleasure to be around. I will request her again in the future. In addition, the staff at Brightstar Care were always patient and kind and went the extra mile to accommodate my situation.

Hiring BrightStar Care was the best decision our family ever made. Dan, Susie, Kathy and the office team spent a lot of time really getting to know mom and putting together the most amazing care team - a dream team! Jessica, our lead caregiver, is amazing! She and mom have developed such a great relationship. Mom calls her "my buddy." Her BFF. Jessica is sharp, smart, fun, and funny and has such great energy and patience. She's very experienced with dementia and helps our family understand what to do in certain circumstances which is so helpful and supportive to us. Jessica keeps mom active and social every day. They go for drives, to the movies, to lunch at mom's favorite restaurant, and for walks. They have so much fun together and they are always laughing. Jessica is a true gem and we are so lucky to have her! Tara, our other daytime caregiver is very bubbly and cheerful. She wakes mom up to Frank Sinatra and other nostalgic 50's music which my mom loves. She dances with mom and they watch tv together, go on outings, go down to the harbor to watch the seals. She fondly calls mom "Betty Boop." Tara is very special to mom and our family! Maria, our nighttime caregiver is so sweet and calm. Mom feels so comfortable with her and they have a wonderful nighttime routine where Maria tucks her in bed so sweetly and cozy. Maria reassures mom that she's right outside the door if mom needs her during the night. They even have a cute little dance routine they do when she walks mom back to bed during the night. Maria is a blessing to us. We are so grateful to BrightStar and our amazing care team that are helping us and mom to live a long and happy life. XXOO Betty & Family

Our dad has received care from several Bright Star caregivers for the past few months. The team works so beautifully to provide support and ease the load on family. We know we can count on speedy responses from owners and scheduling (Megan). My dad has especially appreciated care from LaToya and Adi. They have both been flexible with the shifting schedule. They are competent and professional. Adi has been his primary care provider and she is cheerful and personal and keeps our dad hoppin’ with engaging conversations, board games (we can’t get him to play but she can), football team rivalry. She brings sunshine and fresh energy into his world whenever she shows up. Bright Star works directly with the VA on our behalf to coordinate coverage for our father’s care so we don’t have to. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to choose Bright Star, I think your search is over. PS We have worked with other agencies…these guys have it dialed in.

Yesenia is not just a caregiver. She is a friend, a mentor, and a steady presence in my life. She helps me with my own care and supports my kids with such love and grace. She is very protective of me and my children, not only in terms of safety but also emotionally and in the way she shows up with steady encouragement. Her care extends beyond her hours with us, leaving me with more energy and peace for the evenings with my kids.

We are so grateful fortunate to have her in our lives, and I am deeply grateful for her heart, her kindness, and the way she supports and shows up for our family.

Unfortunately, I developed a condition that had me bedridden for several days before I found care service. I have used care services before for my wife who was sick for a long time, but this company is so much better than anybody I’ve ever used before. I think I may have to keep them forever, well at least hopefully until I can get back on my feet. What wonderful caring people. All of the staff and caregivers couldn’t be better. 5stars

We were thrilled when BrightStar Care was able to fulfill our needs so quickly with a Home Health Aide. Peytience is excellent! She is aware of my husband's needs and consistently cares for him with respect and compassion! I am at ease when I leave because I know she will keep him safe. Above all, she comes with a smile!
