Unfortunately, I developed a condition that had me bedridden for several days before I found care service. I have used care services before for my wife who was sick for a long time, but this company is so much better than anybody I’ve ever used before. We hired this company almost a year ago after the last company we had for my mom didn't really work out that great. I waited a bit to post this review because I wanted to see how things were going to go and let me tell you this company deserves 10 stars! Our caregiver is Maria and she takes such good care of my mom, engaging her in activities that my mom loves to do, helps her with physical therapy, bathing, and and anything else she may need. She really goes above and beyond for my parents and I'm so grateful that she was the one that was sent to our home. Thank you so much Maria and bright star for the wonderful care that you've given my parents.

I can count on BrightStar in my time of need. Usually i use them M-F because I take care of my parents on weekend's and night. I needed surgery and they were able to get me help for 5 weeks. Everyday morning thru night. Hailey has been here and been a great help. Asking what she can do around house to help.

Brightstar has been helping me care for my dad since he came home from the hospital. To say they are the best would be an understatement. I am not sure what I would do with our all of Dan's staff. They are consistent with the caregivers every week. If there are any changes they let me know. The scheduling has been so easy. I highly recommend brightstar.

From our first contact and all contacts beyond, the BrightStar company has been "top of the line"! The caregiver provided to us for my husband whom has Alzheimers Disease could not have been better! It's as though she was specially designed for us and our situation! She was kind, attentive, caring, a hard worker and a great companion for my husband during this time.
