BrightStar provides extraordinary caregivers for my wife. Both of our principal caregivers, Latoya and Estrella, are highly skilled, caring, kind, and proactively helpful. If neither of them is available on a given date, BrightStar's excellent scheduler, Megan, works diligently to find a substitute; all of them have been terrific. I used another agency before BrightStar; they were good enough, but BrightStar is far better.
Megan Hobbs was so helpful in arranging outstanding home care for my husband while I was able to take a few days of R&R. He had two outstanding care ladies, Ali and Nicole, who both were 5 stars every day.

Brightstar has helped me tremendously with the process of accessing my Long-term care insurance coverage benefits. I have had quite a steep learning curve but Susie & Megan have been very patient with me. Beatriz, my regular caregiver, is outstanding in that she has learned my routine in addition to my preferences & acts without me having to ask her to do everyday tasks. She is very courteous, pleasant & extremely helpful.

I've used several agencies for my care at my home. BrightStar Care is obviously the best of all that I am familiar with. The quality of the caregivers they sent out (with one sad exception) is much better than the other agencies I have used. They are not the least expensive, but I guess "you get what you pay for".
One caregiver of special note was Cameron. Without going into details, she was definitely over qualified for the job. It seemed like it was a calling for her rather than just a job. Always upbeat, friendly, professional and helpful - truly a caring person. She often didn't wait for me to ask for help, she was watchful and anticipated the need.
Other caregivers from BrightStar have some or many of these positive attributes, but Cameron had all of them and more.
I anticipate using Brightstar again in the future. Even if I don't meet Cameron again, I expect a good experience.
A piece of advice: if you can afford it, you might not want to look for the cheapest provider you can find when considering caregivers. I learned this the hard way.
Angelina is a caregiver in every way. She brings a warm smile and an outgoing personality to her work, and we are truly blessed to have her assistance.
She is incredibly observant and creative; she anticipates and takes care of my husband’s needs without any instruction. We are both very happy and relieved to have her with us.
