Jennifer Ensminger, Owner/Administrator
A Washington State native, Jennifer has been managing in health care related fields since 2000. Because she was President of an orthopedic specialty hospital in Los Angeles California as well as the President and Chief Administrative Officer of a two-hospital system in Eugene and Springfield, she has an immense knowledge of the healthcare industry and what it takes to build and sustain a healthy company. In 2014 Jennifer decided to open BrightStar Care of Lane County because she felt there was limited options for a quality in home care agency in our area and thought she could create a company based on core values and appreciating her employees who would in-turn provide premium care for her clients. Her mission is to provide the highest quality care to our clients and give peace of mind to families in need of specialized care for just about any situation imaginable. She has her Bachelors in Science from Whitman College in Walla Walla Washington and her Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu California. She has an amazing husband with three wonderful teenagers in school in Eugene who all enjoy everything the outdoors has to offer.
Danielle Sidler, Director of Nursing
A Colorado native, Danielle moved here to Oregon with her family in 2005. She currently resides in the Thurston area with her boyfriend. Danielles lifelong dream was to be able to care for people by become a nurse. She is passionate about caring for people during difficult times and is drawn to helping improve both client and family members’ lives at BrightStar Care. Danielle has three children, two adult-aged children and one teenager, who is very active in basketball. In her spare time, she attends high school basketball games and spends time with her friends and family. She is a home-body and enjoy doing things around my house like home improvements, decorating, and reading books.
Lacey Hines, Community Relations Manager
A Louisiana native, Lacey recently moved to the Eugene area. She has a family full of doctors, registered nurses and facility administrators that have shown her the amazing impact the health care profession can play on individuals and their families during difficult times. Her background comes from marketing and donor relations for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Lacey earned her degree in Communications from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has an adorable Scottish terrier and loves the outdoors. She enjoys meeting new people and helpping individuals in the Lane Country area with all of their care-giving needs.
Jaeden Nelson, Customer Care Associate
Jaeden is our Client Care Associate and a native of the beautiful state of Oregon. Her passion for excellent customer service on the phone or while servicing our clients is second only to her contagious laugh and continuous positive outlook on life. When not working at BrightStar Care, Jaeden stays busy hiking, jogging, and going on adventures with her partner and two husky wolves. She enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles, and making beer crafts for local bar decorations. Jaeden aspires to work her way up within BrightStar Care of Lane County and to eventually become a manager or owner of her own BrightStar Care agency. She feels that BrightStar Care challenges a wide range of her skills and she looks forward to each day of new opportunities.
Hannah Dryden, Customer Care Associate
Hannah is one of our Client Care Associates and a native of the beautiful state of Oregon. She has been coordinating in-home care staffing since 2014. Her passion for excellent customer service on the phone or while servicing our clients is second only to her contagious laugh and continuous positive outlook on life. When not working at BrightStar Care, Hannah stays busy managing non-stop adventures with her daughter and husband. She loves to volunteer at Lane County Animal Shelter taking photos of animals that need to be adopted, and going to the neonatal intensive care unit at Riverbend Hospital to be a "cuddle" for preemie babies. Hannah supports Green Hill Animal Shelter and loves her cat "Doc" she found there. She loves to listen to all kinds of music, to do arts and crafts, to care for plants, to travel and continues to study photography. Hannah aspires to work her way up within BrightStar Care of Lane County and to eventually become a manager or owner of her own BrightStar Care agency. She feels that BrightStar Care challenges a wide range of her skills as the premium in-home care agency and she looks forward to each day of new opportunities!
