I would like to thank Renee Anderson for the exceptional care she has provided over many months. Renee is caring, competent, and always goes the extra mile. She listens carefully to me, validates my concerns, helps me find solutions, and upholds my dignity. I can talk with her about anything. Numbers of times Renee has made phone calls to my dr to discuss concerns we've had. She has hand delivered my bloodwork to the lab on occasions when we needed results in a timely manner. Renee is accessible by phone or text and gets back to me quickly when I call. When she leaves my home after our weekly visits she always says. "If you need anything at all, just call me." I will miss having Renee come for her weekly visits. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Outstanding care by the BrightStar team - can't thank them enough for coming to our aid on very short notice. We needed help for my 90-year-old father who became acutely ill. They provided compassionate care both in the hospital and on his return home. They worked tirelessly to arrange the shifts and accommodate our needs and preferences. Shout-outs to Michelle, Whitney, Asia, Kate, Beata for easing a very stressful time. Dad is on his way to recovery!

This place is awesome! They work hard to get coverage in quick time!! Like last minute quick! Special kudos goes out to Tiffany who is a pleasure to work with for getting coverage for my mom last minute. Can't thank her enough! I've only met one of the caregivers so far (Tania) and we were all extremely impressed with how she worked, she gave mom a shower, did some laundry, took out the trash etc... it was wonderful! Anyway, 5 stars from me!!

BrightStar has provided excellent care for elderly parents. My father needed a lot of care for the last few months of his life, and his BrightStar caregivers, Rufina and Liana were kind, compassionate, dependable, and very hard workers. After he passed, they continued to provide companion care for my mother. She has been very happy with her caregivers, Liana, Rufina and Charniece, and she looks forward to their visits. Their office staff, in particular Kyrsten, was always very professional and caring. I highly recommend BrightStar Care of Bel Air.
