Our Harford County care team members receive orientation, role-specific training, case-specific training, and access to 24/7 RN oversight and support. We work with caregivers and nurses on scheduling, client needs, clinical questions, and changes in condition.

Employees complete the onboarding, credentialing, screening, and training required for their role with our Harford County home care agency. Before assignment, our local team reviews the client’s plan of care and may provide case-specific education or competency validation when appropriate.  

Caregivers and nurses also have access to clinical oversight and support after the assignment begins, helping them deliver safe, consistent, person-centered care.
