Nursing care (Renee) is the best. Always on time. I sustained a horrible crush injury and continue to have new wounds surface. Renee is very knowledgeable and is always able to advise or treat them.

Kelly and Jen are both fabulous. Very professional and skilled.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with the care my father has received since he was discharged from a nursing home after a 6 month stay. All of the caregivers have been excellent. Ja’Kia has been my favorite caregiver thus far. She is attentive, organized and kind. My father also enjoys her cooking! I’m so very thankful for the care my father has received from BrightStar. I have been able to rest for the first time in 6 months!

A few months ago,I came home from the hospital with a temporary osteomyelitis bag.And very little training of how to care for it.I also had dissolvable stitches and a leaking drain hole.Kelly,my home care nurse showed up and checked all the incisions,cleaned the wounds and p bag.She even took the time to teach my wife and me how to take care of it and change it.Kelly cared for the sores under the bags.Thanks to her the skin is healthy and changing the bag is no longer hurts so bad.I can’t say enough about how happy we are with Kelly.She has went above n beyond,with her knowledge,skill,pleasing personality.She even researched ways to keep the bags from leaking,which it does.ee been able to text Kelly for questions we may have.She always quickly responds back.Kelly has been a good fit in our health care needs,and make the unpleasant experiences much more bearable.Kelly keep up the great work you do. BrightStar Care has been so easy to work with. As my father’s needs have changed, they have been able adjust quickly with our changing needs. Tiffany, our intake nurse is through and kind. She has worked with us every step. Desiree was the first home aide who came to help out. She comes to every shift with a smile and eagerness to jump right in and help. She assists my mom with whatever needs to be done around the house to help insure that my dad’s needs are being met. I know my parents are getting the support they need! It has been a relief for the rest of the family. And Kristen in the home office has been great to work with and supportive.

My Therapist Deb is the most useful therapist I have ever encountered and I have had a lot . She goes above and beyond I think . She checks my incision where I have 26 staples for a C-1 C-2 infusion . I am unable to move neck for 6-8 weeks maybe more and I thought why do I need a therapist . She has worked on my legs to enhance stability . Does my vitals and gives me great feedback on what I am supposed to do hats off to Deb

The recent loss of my mother has been truly devastating for my entire family, but one of the blessings in this journey was the joy and true compassionate, capable, and above and beyond level of genuine care, assistance, and companionship our mother received from Gaynell “Nellie” at Brightstar Care in Fallston, MD. Nellie was truly exceptional, and we are forever grateful to her and to Brightstar.

My mother was in need of part time care at home. She was very skeptical at first. Temesha came and won her over. After the first day she felt cared for and was very happy. Tonya filled in while Tamesha was on vacation, and she hit a home run with my mother also. Knowing that my mother is being well taken care of is a comfort to my family. We've been using BrightStar for a month now and they've been fantastic. Scheduling is easy and the staff is great. They've been very accommodating to our needs and such a valuable resource when we needed it most. I wanted to give a special shoutout to our Caregiver, Nellie. She's been wonderful and my mother really enjoys the time spent together with her new BFF.
