On Monday, September 22nd, BrightStar Care of Bel Air MD proudly welcomed the community, partners, and distinguished guests to celebrate the grand opening of our new Operations and Training Center, located at 909 S. Main Street in Bel Air, MD.
The celebration was attended by local leaders and officials, including Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly, County Council Member Tony “G” Giangiordano (District C), Rajiv Goel, Deputy Director of the Harford County Department of Economic Development, and Chris Rives, Growth & Development Director of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce. In addition, many representatives and professionals from across Harford County’s senior care industry joined us in marking this important milestone.

In his remarks, owner Michael Tamberino, joined by his wife Jennifer, emphasized BrightStar Care’s deep commitment to Harford County and the town of Bel Air. He expressed gratitude to the Department of Economic Development, the County Council, and County Executive for providing an Economic Development Loan, which helped make the purchase and renovation of the new space possible.
Michael shared how the new Operations and Training Center will not only serve as the hub for day-to-day operations, but also as a dedicated space to train caregivers—ensuring that every member of the BrightStar Care team delivers the highest quality of care to local families.
