Services We Provide
We provide person-centered care with a maximum 1:6 resident to caregiver ratio both day and night so each resident receives the attention they need. Our residents are able to relax and enjoy themselves in our safe, home-like environment. Days are filled with a variety of enrichment activities and opportunities to socialize.
In addition to handling all laundry and housekeeping responsibilities, we provide your loved one with the level of assistance they need for tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming, eating, going to the restroom and mobility — always allowing them to maintain their dignity and independence.
Our residents love their cooked-to-order breakfast, as well as the rest of their meals and snacks. We also have a licensed professional who can administer medication and offer pharmacy services at BrightStar Care Homes Boise.
Family Support
We realize this may be your first experience transitioning your loved one to an assisted living or memory care community, and we are here to support you on that journey. If you need help navigating long-term care (LTC) insurance reimbursement, we are happy to provide assistance with that process.
Our team can arrange for onsite concierge medical services, as well as coordinate outside care such as home health, hospice or physical therapy.
Most importantly, we encourage communication between your family and those who are directly caring for your loved one.
