Office staff have been very nice. They have called me a couple of times just to make sure everything is going. My caretaker Maria is absolutely the best. She shows such love and care to my parents, she cooks and cleans around the house. We have had other caretaker companies over the years but this company is far above the rest.

What an absolute blessing to be recommended to and use the caregiving services of Brightstar Care! Four weeks ago, we moved our mom to California after she suffered a fall, fractured hip, and stroke. Having no prior experience with senior care, we were incredibly grateful to connect with Brightstar Care. This incredible company and group of individuals that cared for our mom over the ensuing few weeks was a bright moment in a very dark time. All of the ladies that cared for our mom were compassionate, kind, incredibly competent, and dedicated beyond anything we could have ever hoped for! We want to thank: Maria, Kimberly, Santa, Leslie, Chaianne, Teresa T. for their amazing dedication! We want to thank the owner Dan for taking us on as a family in a very urgent capacity and for his incredible team as they helped us acclimate to the task load and needs of our mom. We appreciate our assistants Lydia, Pamela, Yesenia, Giovanni, Jorge, Re Re, Monica, Sofia and Tania. Each one of them are attentive, follow instructions and help manage many daily tasks and errands. The main office is very efficient. Excellent listeners that genuinely care about matching the right assistant to our needs. They are accurate in billing. Most of all they are, hands down, the most positive group that are proactive finding solutions for the best quality care. We are very grateful for Dan, Susie, Estefania, Ellie and Most of all Megan who is a rock star:) We want you and them to know they are the best out there!

BrightStar Care provides an extra level of security and confidence caring for our parents since we live out-of-state. They are great at communication and have done a wonderful job of making suggestions for all of us that are very helpful and make sense. Dan and his team are awesome!
