I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Hands down the best company that I’ve ever worked for! Jamie and Melissa went above and beyond to help me when I was going through personal issues. I sadly had to leave due to family and personal issues. The office staff is absolutely amazing and have the aids and nurses backs all the time! I’ll miss working with this company and my clients.

We love our aides. They go above and beyond on their duties and they even like us (lol!)…and we LOVE them. Shout out to Natasha, Mary, Patricia, Shannon, Cheryl, Tiara, Frieda, Connie, and Jamie (the scheduler). A big thank you to the owner Dennis for going out of his way to continue services during a tough situation when any other provider may not have. We are so pleased with the services we receive.

I absolutely love this company. I have worked for them for about 12 years. The new owners have made it even better. Two thumbs up.

BrightStar's Jamie, Julie and Courtney have been amazing. I contacted them to hire a CNA for my father's at-home care, as we are unable to meet his physical needs. My information was taken, they coordinated and contacted me promptly every time they said they would and immediately began scheduling care, whether I chose them or not. I really appreciate their time. I did not go with BrightStar as my father went back into the hospital for pain management. I may reach out to them in the future, as we may need full time at-home care.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Bringing in full time care (strangers) for your parents is a hard decision. Brightstar made the process easier with the level of professionalism and quality of care and services provided. Most importantly though the caregivers tended to my parents the way i would, with love and kindness and respect. The company also was able to come through every time we had an immediate care need.
