In my opinion there is no greater group to care for my relatives out of state than Brightstar. Ande and team are top notch and care deeply for their patients. With their services I am completely worry free. I highly recommend them for caregiving services

May 7, 2024 Our mom, age 93, has been a client of Bright Star care for approximately 2 1/2 years. We initially called them after a fall at her Assisted Livg residence. Bright St staff was very nice, friendly and ready to help with service. Bright Star has been a shining star for us!! We even received help finding a primary care doctor through their advice, which has worked out beautifully. (We live an hour away from Flower Mound, & we were unfamiliar with finding doctors, etc.) Br Star caregivers presently come 7 days/week, 3 hours in the morning. The staff at the office is prompt to let us know if a change may occur with whoever is scheduled. Someone answers the phone every time I call, day or night. If we have a hiccup with a caregiver running late or car trouble occasionally, we have even had a team member from the executive staff arrive to stand in the gap and keep our Mom's routine going. The staff is well aware and gets us any message quickly. Their nurse comes 1x/3 months and checks on our mom, to see how she is feeling, etc. and get a review on caregivers performance as well. Recently the nurse helped Mom with a tear on her thin skin, and doctored the cut., (No charge for that :) Two or three times a Bright St caregiver has noticed our Mom having an issue (while she was on duty), alerted the office , which then called us and told us about our Mom having a certain health situation that might need the attention of a doctor. Our mom's Assisted Livg never notices anything...The Oaks at Flower Md. Only a few times has my Mom had a "bad apple" in the bunch, and I immediately reported that caregiver, the Bright St office took note, and if I didn't want the caregiver returning, they abided by our request. The ladies at the office are empathetic, sincere and care about our Mom. We trust this service, and it is the only caregiving group we have ever had. This is going on 7 years with our Mom in Assisted Livg, (my MILaw). My own Mom was ill for 7 years in a memory care residence out of state. So...this is not our first rodeo, and we can recognize excellent care when we receive it. Thank-you Bright Star!

My parents have had caregivers from Brightstar for a few years now and we have been so pleased with their care. The whole team has been so accommodating to our needs and really care for our family. I'm so grateful we found Brightstar!

This place is great! The company is rewarding, trustworthy, supportive, fun, friendly and professional. I like the fact that they listen to the employees wants and needs. It's not often the business itself that makes a company unique; its the people, their approach, and their intangible elements. However, I think that this company reflects how compassionate, how understanding, and how important each employee means to BrightStar. That's why this particular company differs from any other company.

I've been working with this team the past couple of weeks for some friends who need 24 hour care. They have all been absolutely awesome including me with their status and their needs since I am still working full time. Without this team, I would be going crazy. They have helped me, too, keeping my sanity amidst all the chaos! I am so very thankful for all of them.

BrightStar Care was extremely important to me and my husband! He was in a care facility and not allowed to be by himself and the women who stayed with him while I 'ran my errands' were very professional, kind, thoughtful and courteous. The owers are very professional, Christian people who really care about their employees and those of us who use their service. You will not go wrong by using BrightStar Care of Flower Mound!
