Thank you BrightStar Care for taking care of my sister! It was a little overwhelming trying to find a nurse escort for my sister to all her appointments when she was at the rehab center. I did a simple Google search and BrightStar was the top of the list, so I called up and spoke with Betty who was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The nurse escorts were prompt if not early, capable with the needs of my sister, and empathetic and kind to her. I had a total knee replacement and knew I would need help and care after it. I made the decision to hire BrightStar Care based on the reviews I read about their services and the conversations I had with Noah. The reviews were very positive as was my experience. The caregivers had a passion for the work they were doing. They were very professional and made sure every need I had was taken care of and my safety was their main concern. They were all excellent, but one in particular, Jessie and I connected the most. She was efficient, a hard worker, dedicated and a good communicator. I always felt good during and after her visits. When my care went to once a week I looked forward to her coming each week. The office staff are an integral part of the care team. You could reach them; which we all know frequently is not the case. They were very responsive. Noah was easy and a joy to work with. I have no reservations about recommending BrightStar Care and have done so several times since they provided care to me.
