My Papa went to a regular appointment at the VA Hospital and was admitted to Tripler E.R. Bright Star staffing made sure that my Papa was safe and nothing happen to him.Thank You Yumiko Fuimaono for all your hard work today with my Papa. and his safe return home from the Hospital we couldn’t have done it without your help .

My Grandpa had a spinal cord injury at age 80 years old. He served 30 years of his life in the military (Air Force Branch). He was paralyzed from the waist down with Bright Star services allowed him to get to all his appointments with the VA and helped with his daily ADLs. My grandpa is able to move his legs and feel his toes again because of Bright Star Care which was providing excellent care. My family couldn’t have done my Papa recovery processes alone . I wanted to personally thank the staff members Jasper, Sima , Maria, and Rachel(R.N). Without them, nothing would have been possible for my Papa. Very, trustworthy and responsible staff. I would recommend Bright Star for my loved ones.

BrightStar Care has been great caring for my 90 year old mother. We have been with BrightStar for several years and they have been very supportive and understanding in caring for my mother. Special shout out to caregiver Allerie and coordinator Ellie! We could not have asked for a better caregiver in Allerie. She is caring, patient, thorough and efficient. Thank you BrightStar!

Janet Howell is the nurse that always comes to my house to do the medicine infusion. She’s always nice and smart. She always answers the questions that I asked her with a smile on her face. She works professionally and very careful in handling everything from the needles to the medicine and always washes her hands after handling every item. She is a great nurse with great service. Thank you so very much for assigning her to me.

BrightStar Care of Honolulu (Hawaii) is our “GO TO” company for assisting us with caring for our son after brain cancer treatments. From dealing with Ellie in the office, to Nurse Rachael and of course our Providers Chanda and Yumiko. Both Chanda and Yumiko are very caring, compassionate and truly concerned about giving the best care and assistance to our son. We couldn’t be more pleased, and our son loves them too!
