What part of your job are you most passionate about?
Taking care of people has always been my passion. In this position I love that I have the opportunity to teach, train, support, and take care of the care givers and nurses that provide care to our clients/patients.
What are three unique strengths you bring to BrightStar Care?
Fresh eyes. 20 years of varied experience and this is my first home health job.
I am a quick learner and easily adapt to new situations. I am taking primary patients, going on training/supervisory visits, so I am learning with the unique perspective of not being accustomed to the “way things have always been” and can brainstorm for ways to improve our current processes.
I am fiercely determined and dedicated. I will strive to serve BrightStar to the best of my ability every day, continuing to learn and grow as the company does.
