"Ms. Lashell Tate-Woodson is the best caregiver I have ever known. Congratulations to Our Employee of the Month, Jennifer Mayo!
My favorite caregiving moments are when clients ask me “When will I see you next?” or “Thank You, for taking care of me.” My most favorite heartfelt remark from my clients is “I miss you already.” Hearing those words, lets me know that I’m providing meaningful quality services to the client.

Congratulations to Our Employee of the Month, Jocelyn Gil-Preciado!
"Jocelyn began her career with BrightStar Care as a CNA, in early 2019. She was incredibly skilled, enthusiastic, and her Clients loved her! Jocelyn then went to Nursing School, and completed her RN degree. We are so fortunate to have her return back to us as our Assistant Director of Nursing. Jocelyn has been a wonderful addition to the team caring for our Clients and on boarding, and educating our Caregivers. She is always upbeat with a can do attitude, she is a quick learner and an amazing nurse!" - from the BrightStar Office Staff

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Dora Barajas!
After caring for my mom with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), I became familiar with the disorder in all physical aspects, such as mobility issues ranging from ambulatory to bedbound. The experience also showed me the emotional distress from this disorder. I also realized that caring for her around the clock was a job that someone would not be able to do without suffering burden and stress. When she passed a year ago, I felt the need to make a difference in people’s lives. I wanted to ensure those who need care have the opportunity of being in an environment where their needs are covered.

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Breanna Flinn!
“Breanna has been an extremely reliable, very personable supportive caregiver to my 93-year-old mother for probably well over a year. Caregiving is all about matching personalities and needs and Breanna has a lot of skills that are extremely supportive for a person of an advanced age. Her caring voice and ability to turn on a dime when expectations or needs change and her hallmarks. She is deserving of being an employee of the month” - Andy K

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Craig Goldberg
Craig started working as a caregiver in 2018, soon after his Grandmother passed away. It was her wish to continue to live in her own home, so Craig and his family took care of her as best as they could. It was frustrating for Craig at the time because he didn't have the skill set to take care of her the way that he would have liked to. Fortunately, they were able to hire a great caregiver, Alfredo. He inspired Craig, and gave Craig valuable experience. Craig was also looking for a job at the time so Alfredo referred him to the agency he was working for. Craig has been a caregiver ever since!
