Yes, Supervisory Visits are required every 90 days for non-skilled cases and every 60 days for Skilled Clients.
Punctuality is managed daily with a GPS tracked AP for Time & Attendance. Late Arrivals and other infractions are documented and addressed by the Client Care Manager. In the event of a Theft or any other client complaint, these are immediately logged in our system using and incident report. Once the matter is investigated by the Director of Nursing following the Joint Commission standards.
